Here For You

I've been interested in Health and Fitness for over 20 years and decided to learn more by getting my Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in personal training, to help myself to achieve my own goals.

 

I also like helping others at any level, from beginners just getting started in fitness, to training more experienced clients to their next level.

 I understand that adopting a new skill can be both exciting, challenging and but can also be scary . That’s why I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way. I have been working with all types of clients in helping them reach their highest potential.

As a trainer in Ashford , I’ve provided the tools and guidance needed to help all of my clients. Take advantage of my personal Gym

GROUP INSTRUCTION

I am also happy to setup a group session for yourself and a friend, if you enjoy working out together. Working out together can help with support and motivation on your fitness journey, of course with the added help from myself to help you both get to your goals .
